If you are exhibiting or Advertising with us you must fill out this form!

After I receive this form and your payment I will send you a confirmation and about a week before our event I will send you directions on unloading your car and more specifics.

We have kept the price very low this year so that more exhibitors can be present as a resource to families in the Atlanta area but BOLD Atlanta could use all the sponsorship it can get if we are going to continue to provide events like this and make a difference in seeing more Mother friendly care in Georgia, Please consider also donating to our raffle and giving a cash donation. Thank you! 

* Exhibitors are welcome to set up on Saturday, September 19th, 2009 at 10:00 am

* The doors will open to the public at 11:00 am.

* You must start taking down your table by 5:00 pm - we would appreciate it if you could be done by 5:30 pm

* We do have lunch options available - purchase on ticket page

* We also have a nice reception that will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 if you would like to have dinner with us before the performance. Seating for performance starts at 6:30

* If you would like to stay for the evening performance of Birth and you are exhibiting I will give you the student price for the performance just purchase your student discount on the ticket page.

* We will be providing a table and a Red Plastic table cloth, if you would like to bring a cloth table cloth we are requesting that you bring a red one.  If you need extension cords you are responsible for bringing those and floor tape to tape them down.

* Deadline for Exhibiting and advertising will be Friday, September 10th, 2009 as we need your information in time to add to the Playbill.

* We are requesting that all exhibitors donate to the Raffle.

* Once paid there will be no refunds.

* Exhibitors may purchase tickets to the BIRTH, performance for the student cost. - Save $5.00
