Friday, September 18th, 2009:

5:30 pm - Honoree reception with Susan Hodges, founder of Citizens for Midwifery, Cast and Talk Back Panel

6:30 pm - Doors open, seating begins

7:00 pm - Performance - Birth, The play by Karen Brody starts

9:00 pm - Talkbacks

Saturday, September 19th, 2009:

10:00 am - Doors open to exibitors

11:00 am - Doors open to public

11:00 am till 5:00 pm - Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting expo and art gallery open

11:15 till 5:00 - A speaker and raffle every 45 minutes throughout the day

11:45 am till 1:00 - Lunch and a movie 

1:15 pm till 3:00 - BOLD Red Tent

3:30 pm till 4:30 pm - High Tea with the Midwives

4:45 pm - Silent Auction closes

4:30 pm - Final speaker, announcements, silent auction winner

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Honoree reception with cast

6:30 pm - Seating begins for Birth, the play by Karen Brody

7:00 pm - Performance of Birth

9:00 pm - Talk backs
